And here's another statistic that might surprise you! According to the National Association of REALTORS® 2026 Member Profile, agents with two years or less of experience had a median of just TWO individual transaction sides in 2025. TWO!

Listen, BABY, do your research! Check their sales. Ask about their experience. Find out how they negotiate, market properties, and protect their clients.

Because having a real estate license and knowing how to navigate a real estate transaction are TWO different things!
